Our Refund & Returns Policy applies for 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. After this period has expired, we are generally unable to offer a refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, or other form of compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Luna Bloom Cosmetics partners with trusted global suppliers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs processing, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Processing and shipping delays may occur during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, customs inspections, or periods of unusually high order volume.
3. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Subject to the terms of this policy, you may qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

- Your product arrived damaged during shipping;
- Your product arrived defective or unusable;
- Your order was confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier following an investigation; or

4. Return Request Requirements
To help us investigate your claim, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number;
- A detailed description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Clear photographs of the shipping packaging (if applicable);
- Any additional information reasonably requested to verify the claim.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent approval of your request.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, or altered, including but not limited to:
- Cosmetics;
- Makeup products;
- Skincare products;
- Personal care products;
- Beauty tools that have been used;
- Wellness and body care products that have been opened;
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Luna Bloom Cosmetics does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind;
- Personal preference;
- Incorrect product selection by the customer;
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities after use;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (where identified as non-returnable).
Eligible returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Luna Bloom Cosmetics is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses;
- Incomplete address information;
- Incorrect recipient information;
- Failure to collect packages;
- Refused deliveries.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
7. Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days, or longer, to appear in your account.
Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, insurance, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused directly by Luna Bloom Cosmetics or required by applicable law.
Luna Bloom Cosmetics reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each claim.
8. Exchanges
We will replace products only when they:
- Arrive damaged;
- Arrive defective;
- Are materially different from the item ordered; or
- Were shipped incorrectly due to our error.
Replacement products are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Luna Bloom Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once fulfillment activities have begun.
10. Lost, Delayed & Carrier Issues
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Luna Bloom Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers;
- Customs inspections;
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Labor disputes;
- Government actions;
- High seasonal shipping volumes; or
- Other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your tracking indicates an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution where possible.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for automatic refunds unless required by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Refund Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Bloom Cosmetics reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each claim, including issuing a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit (where available), or denying a request that does not satisfy the requirements of this Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
