Сделала заказ 21.06, продавец отправил товар в тот же день, и он прибыл на отделение Новой почты 08.07, доставка как по мне довольно быстрая. Сами кисти были упакованы в мешочек в застёжкой и каждая кисточка была в маленьком пакетике, те что большие( 2 для пудры, для контуринга хайлайтера) еще и в сеточке для поддержания формы ворса. Сами кисти очень мягкие и удобные в использовании. Если вы начинающий визажист то можете смело покупать, ведь они практически не отличаются от более дорогих. Рукоятки не маленькие без бренда и ворс не осыпается, заказывала футляр для кистей. С продавцом не общалась но ставлю 5 за оперативную отправку. В будущем обязательно буду сотрудничать еще.
